Mike started his career with Raptim joining the Management team in 1992 as the Agency Controller. Additional involvements in the operations of the company were formalized soon after, moving him into the position of Operations Officer. In 2006, Mike was named the company’s President and CEO. Mike is passionate about Raptim’s ability to serve those who serve the world. He believes Raptim offers a small business feel with the backbone and negotiating options of a global entity. Raptim’s growth under Mike’s leadership has provided exceptional opportunity to sway airline programs to benefit those serving the world. Although, we will not always be the cheapest, we should always be the best value!” He depends on his experienced staff to provide consultancy on all travel issues: Great Customer Service, Emergency Service accessibility and 100% Customer Satisfaction. Mike works closely in correspondence to our International offices and is a member of the Raptim Intercontinental Board of Directors. On a personal note, Mike has 2 children and 2 grand puppies. His Daughter Allison is a Kindergarten teacher and his son Reese is working towards his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Tim has over 25 years experience in the Travel Industry. He is responsible for overseeing the operations of Raptim USA.
Tim also is the key person that negotiates between the Airlines and Raptim in building our contracts. He works very hard
making sure that Raptim gets the best contracts for our clients. Tim is no stranger to missions. He was raised in an
American Baptist family with 7 siblings. He did mission work in Costa Rica and served on the board for local Habitat
for Humanity. Tim has also traveled most of the world, but finds his favorite place to be Aruba, where he plans to
someday retire. His hobbies include gardening, traveling, helping others, and his latest; Ballroom Dancing.
Ron received his BBA in accounting at Niagara University in 1980. After 28 years in the public auditing and tax arena and for the last 6 years as a tax manager at a CPA firm in Western, NY, Ron joined Raptim in July, 2006. His responsibilities involve financial reporting that meets the needs of the management team on a timely basis resulting in quick decision making. With understanding, Ron likes to be flexible in reporting for our clients. His desire as a company is that we are responsive to customer needs with fair pricing and great service. Ron continues to be involved in community service and fundraising. He has a passion to serve. He is a six year Board Member, Immediate Past President and 2004 Kiwanian of the Year of the Kiwanis Club of Lewiston. He is also involved as a member of the Service Organizations of Lewiston. Ron has been married for over 30 years with 2 daughters and a son.
Denesh has a Masters Degree; MBA in Accounting. With over 20 years in the industry;
he came from 10 years of experience as an account manager of Cathay Pacific Airlines and has been with
Raptim for over 10 years. Knowing both sides of the business gives him a unique perspective that is invaluable to us.
While not busy with his two small children, Denesh likes to sit back and enjoy a good book.
Cindy has a degree in Human Services and Travel. She has been servicing Raptim’s customers for over 14 years with reports,
interface accounting records, refunds and bookkeeping. Cindy‘s travels have taken her to London, Jamaica, Mexico,
Amsterdam and Rome. Her joys are to watch her children’s soccer and lacrosse games & attend as many of
her son’s automobile races as possible.
Kim Marie McKibbin
Kim Marie has over 15 years experience in accounting and 8 years in the travel industry.
She likes to read and loves to spend time with her granddaughter and her mini Yorkie: Tinker bell.
Carrie has been in the travel industry for over 10 years.You will hear Carrie’s friendly voice when calling Raptim.
Carrie has traveled to Amsterdam, Italy, Mexico and Aruba.
Liz Augustine leads the Sales & Account Management Team and brings to Raptim’s clients over 20 years experience
from her past responsibilities in the hospitality, airport parking and TMC industry. Ms. Augustine holds a degree
in Hospitality Management. Raptim’s dedication to the customer and forward-thinking vision led to the development
of the recently created Sales & Account Management Team, whose mission is to get to know our clients, continually
strengthen those relationships and ensure the overall quality delivery of service. In addition, the team is passionate
about spreading the good word about Raptim to those organizations and individuals dedicated to serving the world.
Liz enjoys the company of her black Labrador retriever and taking motorcycle trips with her pal David.
She also likes to cook. Liz has traveled to most of the 50 United States, Jamaica, Barbados, Aruba, Naples,
Capri, Malta, Corsica, Geneva, and Montreal, British Columbia and throughout Mexico.
At Raptim Kim is ready to serve the humanitarian and religious community by supporting effective travel programs and upholding Raptim’s strategic direction of building strong client relations and ensuring the delivery of a high profile level of service. Before joining Raptim, Kim spent many years in corporate travel management after earning her degree in Travel and Tourism. She held an executive management position as Director of Meetings and Events for a travel management company. Prior to this, Kim held positions with a travel agency as Regional Sales Manager and General Manager where she was responsible for the development and implementation of efficient and cost effective corporate travel programs. Kim also spent time in the biotech industry where she served in management roles in the company’s travel, business development and operations departments. Additionally, Kim has served as an Executive Director for two statewide professional trade associations. Kim has traveled to many U.S. states, Bermuda, Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, Haiti, Puerto Rico, Antigua, St. Martin, St. Thomas, Canada, Italy, Austria, and Belgium. Kim has also done mission work in Uganda, working in Kabalagala and within an orphanage. Kim enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, outdoor activities, but most of all spending time with her family.
Deborah received her degree in Travel & Tourism with a minor in Advertising Art & Design.She came to Raptim experienced
with 15 years at American Airlines, a background in art, teaching, monitoring customer service and quality work life,
missions and community service. You will see Deborah at some of the Humanitarian/Mission Conferences held across the USA.
Deborah is gifted in initiating the development of projects and events as well as her desire in making sure
Raptim’s customers are feeling the love Raptim has for them. Along with being a board member to some organizations and
chairing several events; she has been guest speaker to different organizations, sharing her several passions and life
experiences. Some of her passions include Humanitarian work, art and running. Deborah has a heart to serve! She has
done mission work in both Azerbaijan and Africa; working in both orphanages and refugee camps. She has traveled most
of the world. Deborah has been a long time runner participating in a Marathon, the Empire State Games and the Olympic
Trials for track & field. She also likes adventure. The loves of Deborah’s life are God, her husband, her two children,
serving others…in that order.
Leanna received a bachelor’s degree from Niagara University in Hospitality & Tourism Marketing and her MBA. She came to Raptim with years of customer service background in the hotel, restaurant and tour industry. Leanna began her career with Raptim as an International Travel Consultant prior to moving into the Sales Department. With Leanna’s knowledge of our products, ability to think outside of the box, communication skills, understanding and compassion, she is able to service our clients with complete satisfaction. Leanna has traveled to many places such as London, Rome, Dominican Republic, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. She also assisted with missions work in Costa Rica, Mexico & Guatemala. Leanna enjoys married life, time with their two dogs, friends travel & softball.
International Travel and Travel Agency Consultant
Gina has been with Raptim over 20 years. She specializes in serving our clients with their travel needs and
also serving other travel agencies with a wholesale to our contracts. Gina feels it is important to service our
clients with a prompt response time. Gina has traveled to Rome, Brussels, Amsterdam, Paris, parts of the Caribbean
Maggie’s goal is to give her clients the best air fare available with excellent customer service and timely responses. Maggie has traveled to Mexico, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Russia, Austria, England and various places in the USA. She has also participated with missions in Costa Rica. Maggie enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sporting events, movies and loves to play golf.
Angeli serves her clients with over 18 years experience in the travel industry. Prior to coming to Raptim,
she worked for Singapore Airlines. Angeli consistently tries to do her best at all she does. Her primary goal is
great customer service in serving those who serve the world. Angeli has traveled most of the globe including Hong
Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Pakistan, South Korea, Madrid, Brussels, Paris, Amsterdam, Lisbon, and London.
Angeli keeps busy with her two small children.
Marie graduated in May 2011 from Buffalo State College with a degree in Hospitality Administration. After working in food service for over four years, She is enjoying her work at Raptim. She is grateful to be able to “serve those who serve the world.” “It is fulfilling helping people go places to do things I’m not brave enough to do myself!” Marie loves anything “buffalo chicken” flavored, spending time with friends and family and crawling into bed with a good book!
Prior to joining Raptim Travel in 2008 Sarah worked in the Dietary Department at The Waters of Gasport Nursing Facility. Sarah enjoys working on contracted tickets and exchanges along with helping others among her department with any issues that may arise. Sarah offers her best customer service possible in making sure each traveler’s ticket is to perfection prior to travel so they can enjoy their experience. Sarah enjoys movies, shopping and spending time with family and friends.
Kelly has been in the travel industry with Raptim since 1993. Her specialty includes group reservations, individual reservations, hotel, car and FIT’s. Kelly’s goal is to offer a low cost group airfare with the best available schedule to suit her client’s needs. Kelly desires to do this in a friendly, efficient way offering as much information as possible. Kelly’s travels have brought her to the Caribbean, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Rome, Hong Kong, Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines, Nairobi, and Dubai. She loves to spend time with her family, reading and of course traveling.
Nancy Jo Sayre
Nancy Jo has been in the travel industry since 1993, with group experience at Raptim since 2002. She works hard in getting the best itineraries, schedules and fares to meet the needs of her clients; giving 100% to make sure their trip planning, booking and travel is a great experience for all. She has traveled to Munich and Rome. Nancy Jo spends her spare time singing with the Buffalo Gateway Show Chorus, part of the Sweet Adeline’s International.
Julie served in the US Army for 5 years and worked for Independence Air before joining Raptim. Her desire is to treat each travel request as if it were her own trip. During her free time, Julie keeps busy scuba diving, snowboarding, reading, baking and running. She is also an avid animal lover and spends time volunteering at both the SPCA of Niagara and the Aquarium of Niagara.
Cassie is new to the Raptim Family and has a degree in Human Services. Before coming to Raptim, Cassie worked at Peterson’s Love of Pete Pharmacy in Newfane, NY for 8 years before they closed in the Spring of 2012. Cassie enjoys helping various Raptim employees with their goal of giving Raptim clients the best possible traveling experience. She enjoys spending her free time with her two children and volunteering at her Church in various children’s ministries.
Lisa served in the US Navy for 8 years prior to coming to Raptim. With her 9 years experience at Raptim;
Lisa’s present responsibilities involve supervising and issuing contracted airline tickets.
Her goal continues to be to provide the best possible service to our clients. Lisa has traveled to
Australia, Japan, Dubai, Kenya, Thailand, Singapore, Guam and Hawaii. She also participated in missions
work in Costa Rica. Lisa is an active member of the Elks Lodge. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Ariane is new to the Raptim family as of December 2009. She is a Niagara University graduate with a B.A. in
Travel and Tourism. She is happy to have found Raptim USA here in Lewiston, NY where she has made Lewiston her
permanent home. Her travels include a study abroad in Beijing, China, an exchange student in Barcelona, Spain,
as well as travel to Mexico and numerous states and provinces within North America. Her interests include traveling,
reading, music, jewelry making and spending time with friends and family.
With a degree in food services, Dominique has worked at Odd Fellows and Rebekah Nursing Home for nearly 5 years as a
dietary aide/cook. She then became an Ophthalmic Technician and Optician for America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses;
later becoming an Eyeglass Assistant Manager at the Cheektowaga location. Dominique is an active Firefighter/EMT at the
Cambria Volunteer Fire Company. She is an avid bowler on two leagues, and also plays volleyball, enjoys watching movies,
shopping and spending time with friends and family.
April has a degree in cultural Anthropology and is passionate about travel!
She has traveled to Europe, Tanzania and Central America and plans to see more
of the world. She also has a background in the restaurant and hospitality
industry and strives to connect with her clients and give the best possible
service to facilitate their travel. April enjoys spending time with
her husband and their two daughters as well as cooking, hiking and reading.
Reid has been in the IT/Support field for the past eight years. His focus is primarily on implementing and maintaining
the systems that allow the agents to serve their clients.
